I'm very inspired by things like mythology, astrology, tarot, and just general fantasy. Specifically I'm drawn to the background development of dreamy animations like Sailor Moon or Ghibli movies and have been trying to incorporate that love for fantastical scenes into my illustration practice. Which is very out of my element as I'm usually more of a flat tones/portraiture artist. But I had so much fun and it made my heart so happy to make this piece. The concept was very "looking into a tiny universe, omnipresent viewer".
